A: Yes, you can take the product with alcohol consumption. However, we encourage participants who join the program to have a healthy lifestyle (e.g., eat healthily, avoid high calories food, do regular exercise, etc.). to get the best result.
Q: I’m type 2 diabetic. Should I check my blood sugar levels while taking the product?
A: Yes, we encourage participants with type 2 diabetes to monitor their blood sugar while taking the product.
Q: I will take my holidays in August, but I don’t want to miss the program. Can I still join? What is the process going to be like?
A: Yes, it is OK to start late as long as you can start by the end of August or early September. We will have an online session, and if you miss it, there will be a recording video for you to watch whenever you like. In addition, we are flexible, so please let us know by emailing us at info@sigridthx.com of when and what address you prefer us to send you the product.
