Professor Adam Feiler

Professor Feiler is the Chief Technology Officer at Nanologica AB. He has a strong background in fundamental physical and colloid chemistry and is highly experienced in managing large contract research projects for industry. Professor Feiler has particular experience in using mesoporous silica for controlled delivery in food and pharmaceutical applications.

Professor Feiler holds a PhD on the study of interactions of silica and titania nanoparticles with polyelectrolytes and mineral surfaces. After several years of postdoc study at the Royal Institute of Technology KTH in Stockholm, he held a position as Assistant Professor at Uppsala University, working in the area of Biotechnology. Specifically, his research focused on Biomaterial Coatings and Biolubrication. Prior to joining Nanologica, Professor Feiler spent four years at YKI, the Institute for Surface chemistry, managing research projects for industrial clients.

Professor Feiler received his PhD in Physical Chemistry from University of South Australia, and completed Post Doc in Physical Chemistry at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
